Service Description
This hands-on workshop is designed for independent perfume creators who want to deepen their formulation skills by mastering the structure of timeless fragrance accords such as Fougère, Chypre, or Cologne, ... Through guided exercises and blending practice, participants will: Explore the key raw materials and balance behind each accord Understand how to construct and adapt a classic formula Learn techniques to personalize and modernize traditional structures A perfect next step for those with basic experience in formulation, looking to expand their olfactory palette and creative vocabulary. Independent creators are welcome—we can review your formula and assist in its commercialization.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings & Payments All workshop bookings are confirmed upon payment. Bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once within three (3) months of the original booking date, subject to availability. Rescheduling or transfer requests must be made by contacting Scents Design directly — bookings cannot be changed or cancelled online by the booker. Cancellation Notice For private workshops, at least 15 days’ notice is required to request a new date or transfer the booking to another participant. For "join a group" workshops, at least 7 days’ notice is required. Bookings cancelled or changed with less notice, or without prior communication, will be forfeited. Join a Group Workshops Group sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled by Scents Design if the minimum number of participants is not reached. In such cases, participants will be offered a new date or credit for a future session. Transfers Bookings may be transferred to another participant by notifying Scents Design before the original date. No-Show & Late Cancellation If a participant cannot attend for personal or professional reasons, or cancels within the notice period, no refund or rescheduling will be provided. Due to limited spaces and preparation requirements, last-minute cancellations significantly impact workshop quality and availability for others. Contact for Changes All changes must be requested directly by email or phone to Scents Design. Voucher Policy Experience vouchers are non-refundable and valid for six (6) months from the date of issue. They may be redeemed for any eligible workshop before the expiry date, even if the chosen workshop occurs later. Vouchers cannot be extended, replaced, or exchanged for cash under any circumstances. Custom & Private Bookings For workshops or events arranged through a custom booking, including team-building sessions or group workshops requiring a tailored quote, bookings are confirmed once payment or an agreed-upon deposit has been received and a confirmation has been issued by Scents Design. Custom bookings follow the same general rescheduling and cancellation terms outlined above, unless otherwise specified. Adjusted notice periods, payment terms, or conditions may apply depending on the nature of the booking, location, and group size.
