Cancellation Policy
WORKSHOPS 1. For Group Workshops Bookings for a group workshops are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled once within 3 months of your original booking date*. We require 7 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled workshop. Bookings can be transferred to a person of your choice if you are unable to attend. *for people having used a voucher to book their workshop, the rescheduled date must be within your voucher validity period. Read our FAQs and our Terms and Conditions for full details on rescheduling and cancellation policies. 2. For Private Workshops Please note that bookings for a privatized workshop is non-refundable, but can be rescheduled once within 3 months of your original booking date*. We require 15 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled workshop. Bookings can be transferred to a person of your choice if you are unable to attend. *for people having used a voucher to book their workshop, the rescheduled date must be within your voucher validity period. Read our FAQs and our Terms and Conditions for full details on rescheduling and cancellation policies. Why do we have a cancellation notice? If you give us a short notice under 7 days, we will unfortunately not be able to reschedule your booking. Like all ticketed events with limited spaces, we have a cancellation policy, to which you have agreed to when placing your order. We host workshops with a limited number of participants, and as a result get fully booked weeks in advance. We also experience a high demand and have to turn down other enquiries once a workshop is fully booked. Because our workshops last for about 3 hours, it is impossible to find a replacement for late cancellations, as attendees need to make previous arrangements. We want to make sure our experiences remain of the best quality and enjoyable for all those attending. Late cancellations are not only difficult to fill, but impact the quality of our experiences for others. Attendees unable to join will not be entitled to a refund or rescheduling to a later date, under any circumstances, whether it is for a personal or professional emergency. 3. Using your Voucher Vouchers are non-refundable. All experience vouchers have a 6 months validity period which can be redeemed up until the day of its expiry date (even if you are booking for a later appointment date). Vouchers can not be extended under any circumstances, nor be exchanged for cash vouchers.
